Entering customer requests
To enter customer requests:
- Open the Call Center form.
- Click .
- Organization—Enter the organization of the request.
- Status—Select the status for the request.
- Source—Select the request source.
- Type—Select the request type.
- Class—Enter the class for the request linked to the work order from the problem code.
- Assigned To—Enter the Call Center employee assigned to the request. The system automatically populates Request Taken By and Request Date.
- Click Viewing customer requests for work orders. . See
