Setting up printers To set up printers: Open the Printers form. Click New Record. Organization—Enter the organization to which the printer belongs if you use multi-organization security. Printer—Enter a printer code to link the printer to a specific device, and then enter a description of the printer in the adjacent field. Note: Printer is case sensitive; it accepts mixed-case records. Destination—Enter a unique destination identifying the path to the printer. Special—Select to prevent the printer from being displayed in the Printer lookup when printing reports. Click Save Record.
