Entering ad hoc inspection results

Enter the results of the inspection into the system after the employee performs the inspection.

Note: The INSPCFV installation parameter determines which Inspection Results page the system displays. If the value is YES, the system displays four different Inspection Results pages based on "C", "F", "V", and "others". If the value is NO, the system displays one same page for case "others". The default value is NO.
The particular Inspection Results form is dependent on the first character of the Aspect description.
  • If an Aspect description begins with "F", Findings will be displayed, and Value will not be displayed.
  • If an Aspect description begins with "V", Value will be displayed, and Findings will not be displayed.
  • If an Aspect description begins with "C", Comments will be displayed, and Findings and Value will not be displayed.
