Adding equipment for inspection

Add a piece of equipment to the inspection to-do list, and then enter inspection results.

Follow these steps to add equipment for inspection.

  1. Choose Inspect > Ad Hoc Inspection.The system displays the Ad Hoc Inspection form.
  2. Click New Record. The system inserts a new record and displays the Record View page.
  3. Equip—Enter the equipment requiring maintenance.
  4. Click Save. The system displays a confirmation message.
  5. Click Yes. The system assigns the equipment for inspection.
